Sean van Staveren is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Precise Capital, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and reporting directly to CEO Donald Shelton. Sean's key focus is on managing the team, streamlining processes, and ensuring that the company runs smoothly and efficiently.

Since joining Precise Capital in 2017, Sean has made a significant impact on the company. He recommended and implemented new processes and standards, while also educating the team on new technologies. In 2021, he developed a new system for managing the team and operations at Precise Capital.

Before joining Precise Capital, Sean gained valuable experience at several leading companies in the industry. He has a strong track record of driving operational efficiency and success. In addition to his role as COO, Sean is a skilled data engineer, full-stack web developer, and graphic designer, with a degree in Photography. His diverse skills and expertise make him a valuable asset to the team at Precise Capital.
